Feliciano Solorzano has worn many hats at Woodmont Cabinetry, and he’s proud of every one of them. From running machines to mastering every role in the Panel Mill, Feliciano has always been eager to learn. That mindset and strong work ethic eventually led him to the Custom Department, where he now builds made-to-order cabinets with skill and pride. “I’ve worked in so many departments and learned so many positions,” he says. “That’s one of the things I’ve always appreciated—there’s always room to learn if you want to.”

Every morning, Feliciano gives thanks to God for another day and reminds himself to stay focused so he can do his job well and return home safely. For him, a great day is a productive one: completing tasks and contributing to the team. He believes work is about more than just the job; it’s about the people. His favorite memories include Christmas celebrations with his team, being recognized for his years of service, and the everyday camaraderie he shares with his coworkers. “It means a lot to feel seen and appreciated,” he says. “Woodmont is a place where you feel that—like you’re part of a family.”

That sense of family extends beyond the shop floor. Feliciano and his wife have a daughter, a son, and two granddaughters who are the joy of his life. Originally from Durango, Mexico, he loves to travel—especially when it means visiting his hometown or spending time with loved ones.

Fun Fact: With all the positions he’s learned and all the places he’s been, Feliciano says even if he won the lottery, he’d still come to work at Woodmont!
