As you may know, handcrafted products are part of the Woodmont Cabinetry promise, and Inocente is a vital part of us fulfilling our promise. For more than 20 years, Inocente has been one of our door formers, applying standard and custom door styles to Woodmont cabinets through a process known as “lipping.” Inocente values precision and a commitment to quality, two characteristics which are essential in this position. “It’s a great day for me when all of the products come out perfectly, but you have to put in the time to make sure that happens.”
Woodmont Cabinetry is a family-focused business, and that’s especially true for Inocente. His son now also works for Woodmont, and they commute to work together. “Driving with him every day, we get to talk and spend time with each other,” he says. “I just love being able to do that.” One of Inocente’s greatest accomplishments during his tenure here? Those long hours paid off – literally. He applied his overtime pay toward his home mortgage, paying it off in just 8 years instead of 15!
Fun Fact: When the weather is nice, you’ll find Inocente outside grilling for his wife, his four children, and his friends.
