Adalberto Guevara

For Adalberto, working at Woodmont Cabinetry is more than just being a part of team that builds quality products. When production gets stressful, he reminds himself that the best part of working at Woodmont is the community atmosphere: “I have strong relationships with my coworkers and enjoy our community lunches when we are all able to gather in fellowship with one another.” Aldaberto is a huge sports fan, so attending baseball games with the leadership team and his fellow members of the 20-Year Club are also a favorite memory.

As a long-time machine operator for Woodmont, Adalberto performs one of the most vital roles in our production process. Whether it’s fashioning door frames, panels, or various other cabinetry components, Adalberto’s got us covered! Like most Woodmont employees, he’s dedicated to his work and values a job well done. As he will tell you, “Hard work seems undervalued these days, so for young people just getting started in this work, I’d say keep trying. Work hard and good things will come.” We’d say Adalberto’s hard work has paid off in more ways than one— in addition to supporting his family, his years working at Woodmont have also enabled him to buy his dream truck and an additional car for his family.

Fun fact: Adalberto loves to get outside and enjoys afternoon walks with his wife and daughter.
