just a handout, but a hand up.
Our Commitment to Community
“Family Business” is a title we take seriously. Woodmont Cabinetry, at its heart, is a company run with love and families in mind.
We show our employees appreciation via scholarships, an in-house ministry service, special events and festive Christmas food baskets for their families.
We serve our community by donating cabinets to local charities and ministries committed to doing great works in our hometown and beyond.
Here are a few of the organizations Woodmont Cabinetry proudly supports:
Union Gospel Mission
Our donated cabinets were installed in the training room of Union Gospel Mission, a united Christian organization and ministry dedicated to providing new beginnings for the homeless in Tarrant County, TX. In addition to food and shelter, Union Gospel Mission offers educational programs, emotional support, and other skill-building services.
Homes for Hope/ HOPE International
Through Homes for Hope, builders can invest their skills and resources in the poorest countries in the world to help families and eliminate global poverty. Woodmont Cabinetry has donated cabinets to several HOPE houses and is pleased to play a part in providing homes for those in need.
In addition to biblical-based training, HOPE International provides micro-loans in underdeveloped countries to help people start their own businesses and develop their economy. The program is funded by the net proceeds from Homes for Hope. Our CEO, Stan Tidwell, and the Tidwell family have visited the Dominican Republic to see the HOPE International mission in action.
Hope Mansion works with women and their newborn children, providing educational classes, life-skills training, mentoring, case management, as well as basic necessities like food, clothing, and shelter. Woodmont built and installed donated cabinetry throughout the Hope Mansion. We’re grateful for both the opportunity to become involved with this worthy organization and for the time and effort our employees lovingly donated.
