Felix Suarez, Chief Financial Officer
Originally from Mexico City, Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the prestigious National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in Mexico. Felix began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and KPMG in Mexico City, where he provided audit and consulting services across diverse industries. He later transitioned into the manufacturing sector, joining Akzo Nobel and ASSA ABLOY. His leadership and expertise in these global organizations lead to expanded responsibilities and, ultimately, a relocation to Texas in 2001.
In the years that followed, Felix continued to advance into finance leadership roles in manufacturing, working for ASSA ABLOY, H&K International, RTT Solutions, and Vent-A-Hood. Drawn to Woodmont Cabinetry’s strong culture, faith-based values, and family-oriented foundation, he joined our team in 2023.
After nearly thirty years as friends, Felix and his wife turned their lasting friendship into a lifelong partnership, marrying in 2013. They are the proud parents of three boys. The family shares their home with a lively crew of pets, including three dogs, three cats, a turtle. Family has always been central to Felix’s life. Raised by a single mother, he credits her strength and sacrifice with shaping his values. He remains especially close to his sister and her two daughters, whom he loves as if they were his own.
Fun Fact: Felix enjoys traveling and has visited many unique and culturally rich destinations around the world—including the Sahara Desert!
