Ken Graper, V.P. of Manufacturing

A native of Southern Oregon’s logging country, Ken spent part of his childhood living in a logging camp—an experience that laid the foundation for a career spanning four decades and multiple countries.

After attending Western Oregon University, Ken’s path took him from the forests of the Pacific Northwest to the concrete jungle of Los Angeles, where he led manufacturing operations across North America and abroad. Before joining Woodmont Cabinetry in April 2021, Ken spent over a decade at ClosetMaid, an Emerson company, driving large-scale innovation in both process and product. Throughout his career, he has remained at the forefront of operational excellence, contributing to advancements in manufacturing and collaborating with top-tier suppliers around the world.

Ken believes deeply in Woodmont’s values and sees the company as a legacy business that exemplifies private, faith-driven ownership. As Vice-President of Manufacturing, he’s focused on preserving that legacy through a best-in-class approach to customer service, employee growth, vendor partnerships, and community engagement.

Ken and his wife, Chris, have been blessed with six children and six grandchildren (so far!). Outside of work, he enjoys church, family, hunting, fishing, and cheering on Texas sports teams.

Fun Fact: With 25 (and counting) around the table at annual family retreats, Ken may soon need a bigger table—lucky for him, he knows a few people in custom wood manufacturing!
